The initiative travel otherways foundation is a non-profit addition to travel otherways that builds on the organization's mission & vision. We want to rethink tourism and create positive impact.
Challenges
People from countries in the Global North have only a limited image of many countries in the Global South, which is often characterized by prejudice and one-dimensional representations. We want to change this perspective through social dialogue. We want to build cultural bridges and shape the global future together. Because tourism has the chance to leave a positive impact – if we rethink tourism.
